As the office of the West Africa Examination Council, WAEC, released the 2015 BECE results, it was widely known at all angles in Sierra Leone that Miss Martha Tetema Tondoneh, daughter of the SLPP Eastern Regional Chairman and former Member of Parliament for constituency 24, Nimikoro Chiefdom, Kono District the right Hon. Philip Tetema Tondoneh came first with aggregate 6. Her twin sister , Mary T Tondoneh also attained aggregate 9.
Although APC thugs burnt Mr Philip Tondoneh’s house leaving his family homeless, the twin sisters, with God’s helping hands, proved to the evil-minded people within Sierra Leone that education is the key to success and peace.
The VOB greatly congratulates the young girls and wish them success in life. They made KONOS and the people of Sierra Leone proud of such a golden effort.
